Deposit & Cancellation Policy

When you are checking out of your stay at the E Bar L, you have priority booking benefits for the following summer. You may put down your deposit then, but its final due date is September 30. If your deposit is not paid, your reservation expires and your cabin is open to new reservations on October 1. Deposits are $1000 per person one are refundable only if your cabin gets rebooked. Deposits are non-refundable after December 31 unless we can fill your spot fully. All refunded deposits will incur a 10% service fee.
